Damaged or Incorrect Items

All shipments are fully insured to protect your order. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Take clear photos of any damage or issues.

• Contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we’ll remanufacture and resend it at no extra cost.
